The products are cleaned and packed in controlled environment in multiple  layers of packing before they are exposed to measured dose of Gamma Ray for  sterilizing it. The products carry nomenclature, batch no. and size for easy  identification during use. Labeling is done as per EN 980 standards. New product development is a continuous process to keep pace with changing needs of  the Medical profession which uses minimum invasive techniques and ever increasing  demand of customer care dictating maximum patient comfort – during and after the  surgical procedure. Many new products have been introduced in the market like Solid  Tibial Nail, Elastic Nail, PFN Nail, Herbert Screw and Locking Plates etc.
